Entry requirements

Review the current admission requirements associated with this programme.

  1. A Bachelor of Education (Bed) degree from the University of Guyana which is at or above the level of Pass with Credit.
  2. (i) Any other first Degree from the University of Guyana at or above the level of Pass with Credit AND a Diploma in Education. (ii) Any other first Degree with a Pass only AND a Distinction at the Diploma in Education.
  3. A first Degree from any other approved University which is equivalent to that at (1).
  4. A Degree and a Diploma equivalent to those at (2).
  5. To be in a Senior Administrator position with other qualifications and experience deemed appropriate by the School of Education & Humanities and approved by the Board for Graduate Studies.
  6. A Bachelor of Education (BEd) degree from the University of Guyana which is at or above the level of pass with credit.
  7. (i) Any other first Degree from the University of Guyana at or above the level of Pass with Credit AND a Diploma in Education. (ii) Any other first Degree with a pass only and a Distinction at the Diploma in Education.
  8. A first Degree from any other approved University which is equivalent to that at (1).
